Shipping Rates/Refund Policy
All prices show in store include shipping fees;
Shipping carriers can use any of the following when determining how much to charge for shipping:
- shipping origin
- shipping destination
- weight of the shipment
- value of the shipment
- dimensions of the shipment box
- dimensional weight
- requested speed of delivery
Our print partners located all over the world have a Production Time:1-3 Days,
Integrated to our fulfillment systems are the Courier Companies DHL & FEDEX whom securely handle domestic and international shipping - Delivery Time Estimates:7-14 Days.
All orders have an estimated delivery date, online tracking is available and email tracking notifications are sent when your order ships.
- Order cancellations are allowed while an order is in the Pending Payment or Scheduling status. Once an order has passed into Production no order cancellations can take place.
- Our unrivalled packaging standards ensure products arrive in perfect condition. Protective sleeves, plastic corner guards and heavy-duty cardboard boxes to minimize the risk of breakages or transit damage.
- On those rare occasions when incidents do happen we strive to ensure that your collection and replacement are organized immediately and shipped back out on a priority service without any fuss.
- Return/Refund/Replace requests must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. If any issue on the products, please submit an email with the photos of damaged/defective products to email@example.com for a support staff to be in contact.
All products shipped to our customers have a return address and orders that have not arrived within 4 weeks of order processing are eligible for refunds or free reshipment.
When checking out by using PayPal Express, all customers are directed to the PayPal page to enter their credit card information and billing address.
